魔幻席捲而來

台北數位藝術中心舉辦《2009魔幻動畫展ANIMA》邀請擁有豐富策劃經驗的策展人－陳怡菁，擔任魔幻動畫展總策劃。她是台灣國際動畫影展創辦人暨總策劃，近年也在上海、加拿大、日本、澳門等地策劃動畫展，不但是國際性的策展人，也是把台灣動畫推向法國、加拿大等國際舞台的重要推手。此次動畫展邀請法國SUPINFOCOM 高等資訊傳播學院12部精選動畫、法國GOBELINS動畫學院25部佳作選集，以及國內優秀導演參與其中，是繼台北電影節、北美館《皮克斯動畫20年》動畫展之後，魔幻動畫展在台北數位藝術中心再次捲起另一場炫風。
當我們回顧台灣動畫史，可發現台灣動畫早期處於代工階段，迄今代工薪資提高許多動畫產業紛紛外移，在如此低迷的風氣之下，此次魔幻動畫展入選的台灣創作者平均年齡卻趨於年輕化，且與法國動畫作品不分軒輊，透過台北數位藝術中心提供動畫導演作品交流的平台與論壇創作分享，這是台北數位藝術中心未來永續推動的方向，我們樂見國內年輕創作者能提升台灣動畫的創作交流和國際視野。

動畫對於民眾的接受度是普及化、觀看的年齡層範圍是廣泛的，市面上眾多動畫影片滿足了觀賞者的喜好，然而獨立完成一部三D動畫需花費大量精神和時間，為了讓大眾了解它繁瑣的製作過程，魔幻動畫展展出期間規劃了〈動畫魔力工作坊〉和〈台灣動畫導演創作論壇〉，民眾可與藝術家或產業動畫師面對面學習，再加上法國在台協會贊助提供的法國動畫特映場，本展不只有視覺感官的享受，也可體驗數位時代引領您進入魔幻的時空。

 

The magical of animation is sweeping over

Taipei Digital Art Centre held “ANIMA” Exhibition, lead by highly experienced director Yi-Ching Chen, who had curated animation exhibition in Shanghai, Japan, Canada etc. She is not only recognized for being an international Curator, she also had brought Taiwan animations to the world. This time, she invited 12 selected animation from SUPINFOCOM , an animation institute in France, 25 selected from France animation school GOBELINS, and Taiwan directors also taking part. After Taipei Film Festival 、Taipei Fine Arts Museum”Pixar 20 years of animation” , the “ANIMA “in Taipei Digital Art Centre shall be the next bang.
As we track back to Taiwan animation history, the early period has been the OEM stage, whereas nowadays the labor cost has risen, many animation corporate eventually seek out to other countries. Though the depression within the industry, the age of the selected artists in the exhibition has grew younger and more competitive with the French animations. Having the sharing platform provided by Taipei Digital Art Centre to the animation directors, we anticipate young talents can improve the Taiwan animations and global views.

The acceptance is open to animations, and the viewing audiences are broad in age range, plenty of animations in the market has successfully satisfied the viewers, but to accomplish a 3D animation alone requires great length of time and energy, to bring light to the public of the strenuous making process, “ANIMA” has planned the “Animation workshop” and “Director Forum”, where they can learn from the artist and animator face to face. Furthermore, the special program provide by French Institute in Taipei, these elements make ”ANIMA” brings you not only the visual pleasure; furthermore you can experience the magical realm that the digital age takes you.
